"This is excellent news for Brittany Ferries, our new partner and Condor Ferries," said Christophe Mathieu, Chairman of the Management Board of Brittany Ferries. "We are committed to working closely together over the coming months and years to ensure a quality service to our customers with the support of our Channel Island partners. Condor Ferries remains a brand in its own right, but under a new ownership structure".

In November 2019, Columbia Threadneedle Investments (CTI) and Brittany Ferries reached an agreement with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) to acquire 100% of Condor Ferries. Brittany Ferries is the minority shareholder.

Condor Ferries is a company operating a regular service between the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and France. It serves Poole, Portsmouth, Jersey, Guernsey and St. Malo and carries 1 million passengers and 100 000 lorries a year.

Condor Ferries' fleet consists of four vessels, including 2 catamarans, 1 Ropax and a charterer, and its turnover in 2018 was £96 million.
