Volvo Penta welcomes customers to its stand at the Cannes Yachting Festival as it presents its latest 8-liter engine and perfectly-matched new IPS drive for the marine leisure market, for the first time to the public in Europe. And, an impressive number of new boats powered by Volvo Penta will be on display in Cannes - many of which have international, European or French premieres. This includes vessels by Absolute, Amer Yachts, Azimut, Bavaria, Cantieri Estensi, Cranchi, Fairline, Ferretti (Riva and Pershing), Frauscher Boats, Galeon, Greenline, Hanse, Jeanneau (Leader and Prestige), Magazzù, Princess, SACS, Sunseeker, Versilcraft and more.

“We are delighted to be collaborating with many manufacturers of yachts and luxury RIBs, and pleased that they are being launched and displayed at Cannes,” adds Stefan Carlsson, Volvo Penta’s global head of the Marine Leisure Diesel Segment, “And the choice of Volvo Penta’s engines and propulsion systems for these beautifully-crafted boats is testament to the continual research, development and internationally renowned service we offer.”
