Powerboating - Sealine C330 adopts outboard engines and becomes Sealine C330V

The express motorboat market has long been characterized by inboard engines. Times are changing, and all shipyards now offer outboard variants, on hulls roughly ranging from 28 to 38 feet. This is the case of Sealine, which will present the Sealine C330V, at the Cannes Yachting Festival, from 10 to 15 September.

With the Sealine C330V, Sealine is hoping to ride the strong growth of outboard engines and compensate for the decline of inboard engines, a decline that is all the more marked as outboard engines have grown in power and torque in recent years, the Yamaha XTOs, Suzuki DF350cv and new Mercury V6 and V8 confirming this evolution every day.

In fact, the Sealine C330V will have two  300hp outboard engines, allowing it to reach a top speed of 40 knots, for a cruising speed of 20-25 knots, well enough for a family use !!

Compared to the classic C330, the outboard version will benefit from an immense cargo hold replacing the engine block, and will highlight enhanced marine qualities - due to the lengthening of the boat line and the recoil of the propellers - and an optimized sound balance.

With its well protected saloon with large windows and two double cabins, the Sealine C330V is the archetype of the all-weather family boat, allowing to consider beautiful cruises, with an optimized cost of use, outboard engines require!

Decryption - the development of an outboard offering on Sport Cruiser (or Express Cruiser) speedboats is a must. Like Jeanneau with its leader, or Bénéteau with its Gran Turismo, Sealine is in tune with demand. On a successful model, which has already won various international awards!
