The Modscape company has created a unique home project, the Cliff House, which offers a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Modscape, an Australian specialist in modular construction, both commercial and residential, was behind this project, as it wanted to stand out and seduce a slightly eccentric client.

A little eccentric, it will probably have to be, because the Cliff House is a block of glass, steel and wood, literally suspended on a cliff.

Its 4 levels of accommodation include 3 bedrooms, a living room and a jacuzzi located on the lower level, on a terrace suspended above the waves. They are all accessible by a staircase and an elevator.

The 5th upper level is a car park.
