The Beneteau Group Acquires the Slovenian Shipyard Seascape

This acquisition is part of the strategy to intensify the product offering resulting from the Transform to Perform strategic plan, set up by Hervé Gastinel, president of the French Group.

It complements the Group's global leadership in the sailing segment of habitable monohulls by adding performance cruisers.

The Seascape shipyard currently offers 4 models of 4.3 to 8m long and achieved a turnover of 4.2 million euros in 2017.

From innovative design, to advanced ergonomics, these performance and accessible sailing boats combine sensations and speed with ease of use and transport.

Versatile and adaptable, they allow to navigate on several programs (regatta, family ride and adventure raid).

This acquisition allows the Group to offer a range of small yachts dedicated to newcomers and enthusiasts, often younger and first-time buyers.
