The announcement follows a year of solid performance, achieved despite a macroeconomic backdrop characterised by tightening financial conditions and uneven demand across certain international markets. In this context, Sunreef’s trajectory stands out as structurally resilient rather than cyclical.
For the 2025 financial year, the Group reported a 10% increase in revenue compared to 2024 and delivered net profit of €40 million. The shipyard now ranks sixth globally in the 24-metre-plus segment, consolidating its position in the high-value luxury multihull and superyacht market. Performance reflects disciplined execution, a premium pricing structure and sustained demand for semi-custom sailing and power catamarans.
Beyond 2030 represents a scaling strategy built on industrial depth and vertical integration. The company has committed nearly €30 million in additional capital expenditure across its two strategic hubs. In Ras Al Khaimah, the workforce now exceeds 1,100 specialists, with expanded composite, CNC and carpentry capabilities scheduled to come online by summer 2026. In Gdańsk, where more than 2,000 employees are already active, a new 160-metre production hall is under construction, materially increasing throughput capacity. Sixteen Sunreef 100 units have already been sold, providing forward visibility on the order book.
In a demanding market, our performance confirms the consistency of our strategy. Beyond 2030 aims to scale with a clear vision, by investing, innovating and positioning Sunreef among the absolute leaders of global yachting. Our goal is clear: to achieve €1 billion in revenue while remaining independent and future-driven.
The €1 billion target is therefore not positioned as an aspirational headline but as the next logical step in a controlled change of scale. It is underpinned by continued product premiumisation, expansion in the superyacht segment, technological leadership in sustainable yachting solutions, and selective geographic diversification in high-growth regions.
With strengthened industrial capacity, sustained profitability and a clearly articulated roadmap, Sunreef Yachts is positioning itself not only as a premium yacht builder, but as a scaled global platform in the luxury multihull segment.
Analysis – Sunreef Yachts is now reaping the benefits of a long-term vision and differentiation strategy, arguably first brought to market in 2018 at the Pomorskie Rendez-vous with the launch of its new generation of luxury catamarans. Through its strategic plan “Beyond 2030,” the Polish shipyard clearly intends to enter the select circle of leaders in the global yacht and superyacht market. To achieve this objective, the company can rely on significant competitive advantages: a differentiated and distinctive product offering, innovative — particularly environmentally focused — technologies, a unique industrial platform, and full vertical integration of all development and construction stages across its two production sites for both yachts and superyachts.
