Last minute - new external growth operation for Alliance Marine

Alliance Marine (Toulon) has signed the purchase of the Marseille company Sogeric, a company distributing paintings and antifouling for boating and yachting in the southeastern quarter of France, including the International brand of the Dutch Akzo-Nobel.

Last minute - new external growth operation for Alliance Marine

Alliance Marine (700 employees for a €170 million revenue) is continuing to implement its external growth strategy, which aims to be a leader in the manufacture and distribution of accessories, equipment and consumables for the nautical and maritime industries.

Alliance Marine has B to B distribution brands such as Vidal Diffusion Marine, Reya (since then VDM-Reya), Berthelot, Seimi, Bukh Bremen, Forniture Nautiche Italiane, or Kent Marine, B to C brands such as Accastillage Diffusion (AD Intermer) and manufacturers of accessories for boats such as 4Water. Plastimo, Ocean Safety, Thyphoon...

With the purchase of Sogeric (€6 million turn-over), which will come under the control of VDM-Reya, Alliance Marine complements its offer of paintings and antifouling to professionals in the south-eastern quarter of France, taking over the International card, a recovery that will probably allow it to benefit from better prices for its VDM-Reya activity.
