Rafael Nadal joins the Sunreef Yachts family
One of the best tennis players in the world has just ordered a 80 Sunreef Power catamaran. As a passionate about the sea and a big fan of multihulls, Rafael Nadal has decided to opt for the latest power yacht model of the shipyard, after visiting and renting Sunreef Yachts catamarans in the past.
"As an islander, the sea is an integral part of our lives, and it's no secret that I love the sea. Every time I go home to Mallorca, I try to go out and enjoy. I am very happy to have boarded the Sunreef Yachts Family boat, and I want to thank Francis Lapp for making this possible, "says Rafael Nadal to Yachting Art Magazine.
"We are delighted to welcome one of the greatest tennis players of all time on board, and the personality, talent and strength of Mr. Rafael Nadal are inspiring," added Francis Lapp, President and Chief Executive Officer, founder of Polish Sunreef Yachts located in Gdansk.
With 80 titles to his name, including an Olympic gold medal, 18 Grand Slams and 34 ATP Tour Masters 1000 titles, Rafael Nadal is one of the world's most famous athletes. The delivery of its fully customized catamaran is scheduled for 2020.
World Première of the new 80 Sunreef Power will take place in September during the Cannes Yachting Festival. The new Sunreef Yachts catamaran is a luxury motoryacht, designed to sail offshore, in the utmost comfort.
