In 2024, D-Marin strengthened its presence in the Mediterranean and Middle East by adding seven new marinas to its portfolio. The expansion added 3,204 berths, bringing the total to 14,000, including 1,000 dedicated to superyachts. These acquisitions include the Port Camille Rayon in France (Golfe Juan), located on the Côte d'Azur, as well as the Italian marinas Aregai, San Lorenzo and Porto Mirabello, located near the Cinque Terre and the Riviera dei Fiori. In Dubai, the addition of Port de la Mer will enable D-Marin to further expand its offer in this dynamic region.

This growth is accompanied by a desire to offer boaters an ever more fluid and accessible experience. The new D-Marin website, launched in 2024, offers simplified navigation with interactive maps, an optimised online booking system, and immersive videos highlighting the different destinations. Digital assistance based on artificial intelligence also provides personalised support for customers.

Customer service is a priority for D-Marin, as demonstrated by the increase in its Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 51 to 54. This increase reflects the growing satisfaction of boaters, who are attracted by D-Marin's top-of-the-range services and constant attention to the user experience. To reward their loyalty, D-Marin has introduced the ‘Happy Berthday’ initiative, offering holders of a prepaid annual contract up to seven free nights in another marina in the network, valid until 31 December 2025.

D-Marin's commitment also extends to theorganisation of events designed to enrich the lives of boaters. More than 80 events were organised in the network's marinas in 2024, ranging from regattas and concerts to screenings under the stars and ecological initiatives. These initiatives help to create a dynamic maritime community, where every customer can experience unforgettable moments.

In terms of sustainability, D-Marin has confirmed its leadership with 16 Blue Flag certifications and Green Apple Award recognition for its solar energy innovations. Its Silver EcoVadis ranking places it in the top 6% of companies in the leisure sector. The company also shone at the Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards, where its Turkish marinas won five awards for excellence in service and management.

Oliver Dörschuck, CEO of D-Marin, highlights this decisive year on Actunautique Yachting Art : "2024 marked a major transformation for our brand, consolidating our status as the leader in leisure boating. We are continuing our mission to improve the customer experience and offer modern, sustainable infrastructures."

The year 2025 promises to be just as ambitious, with new projects planned in Livorno, Dubai, Pylos and Vlora, further strengthening D-Marin's exclusive network of marinas.
