Cannes Yachting Festival 2026: Cantiere del Pardo showcases three world premieres and a partnership with Luna Rossa

Faced with an increasingly demanding yachting market, Cantiere del Pardo is stepping up its growth strategy. At the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, the Italian group – owner of Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts and VanDutch Yachts, and now part of Oniverse – unveiled three world premieres, an industrial expansion plan and the renewal of its commitment to Luna Rossa for the 38th America’s Cup.

As highlighted by its managing director, Marcello Veronesi, the shipyard – founded in 1973 – has chosen to invest heavily in preparing for the future, basing its development on three strategic priorities.

New products at Cannes: sailing and motor yachts

Cantiere del Pardo is expanding its brands’ catalogue with four key launches:

  • Pardo GT65 (world premiere): the new flagship of the GT range, designed using feedback from over 70 owners to maximise on-board space with a very comprehensive range of standard equipment. It is joined in Cannes by the Pardo 43 Outboard (European premiere).
  • Grand Soleil Plus 80 (World premiere): the new flagship extending the bespoke concept of the ‘Plus’ range, which has already seen 15 units delivered to 8 countries since 2023.
  • Grand Soleil 60 (world premiere): a long-range offshore cruiser designed for self-sufficiency, fitted as standard with hydraulic systems (vange and backstay), a furling jib, electronic engine controls at the helm, and 1,000 litres of water and fuel tanks.

Facilities: an additional 35,000 m² and a visitor centre

To support its production, Cantiere del Pardo is expanding its industrial footprint in Italy:

  • Forlì factory: the first phase is due to open in late 2026, with full completion in 2027, adding over 35,000 m² of production capacity.
  • Launching & Welcome Centre in Marina di Ravenna: scheduled to open in spring 2027. This dedicated site will be used both for direct launches and to welcome clients for sea trials.

Luna Rossa partnership and owner community

The group is reaffirming its role as a major player in the Italian yachting industry by becoming an Official Partner (rather than merely a supplier) of the Luna Rossa team for the 38th America’s Cup, scheduled to take place in Naples from 10 July 2027. Vessels from the group’s three brands will be deployed for operations and hospitality.

At the same time, the shipyard is strengthening customer loyalty by confirming the second edition of the CdP Week in Porto Cervo (9–12 June 2027, in collaboration with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda), alongside its long-standing events such as the Grand Soleil Cup and the Pardo Rendez-Vous.
