This General Meeting saw the appointment of Christophe Caudrelier, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of the Beneteau Group, as President of Monte Carlo Yachts.

The management team of Monte Carlo Yachts led by Fabrizio Iarrera, along with Attilio Bruzzese, is confirmed in its missions, which "enjoys all the confidence of the controlling shareholder".

Since the creation of this subsidiary in 2008, the Bénéteau Group has invested more than 80 million euros in the development of Monte Carlo Yachts in Monfalcone, Italy (Trieste region).

The financial investment was also doubled by strong support from the Bénéteau Group to the Italian teams, allowing them to benefit from the Group's industrial know-how and global distribution networks.

It should be noted that the Bénéteau yachts and superyachts subsidiary will present three new models in the 2018-19 season, as announced at the Cannes Yachting Festival last September.
