Yachting and motoryachts - The Monaco Yacht Show 2024 was an opportunity for Sunreef Yachts and Brabus to announce the signing of a strategic partnership in the field of luxury sports motoryachts.

The partnership is, after all, a logical one, given that the two companies are so distinguished in the luxury market, Sunreef having created the semi-custom luxury catamaran segment some twenty years ago with the international success it is renowned for, and Brabus having created the luxury mobility segment.

Through this strategic partnership, Sunreef Yachts and Brabus intend to capitalise on decades of combined expertise to design an exceptional motoryacht catamaran, announced at an exceptional evening event at the Monaco Yacht Show, attended by guests from around the world including Sunreef Yachts ambassadors Rafael Nadal, Fernando Alonso and Mike Horn.

For Francis Lapp, founder and CEO of Sunreef Yachts, this partnership will allow us to reimagine luxury on the water: ‘ The partnership with BRABUS allows us to explore a new and unique aspect of bespoke elegance for our catamarans. By combining our experience in designing luxurious, custom multihulls with the unique style of BRABUS, we are creating products that will redefine luxury on the water.

Constantin Buschmann, owner and CEO of Brabus is excited about reaching a new yachting clientele: "As we continue the Brabus Marine adventure with our Shadow range in partnership with Finnish day sailing pioneers Axopar, we are delighted to extend our portfolio into the world of high-end luxury catamarans in collaboration with Sunreef Yachts. For us, it's about setting new standards. It's about putting our expertise and design DNA to the test with a whole new range of luxury products defined by what both brands do best’.

The first model to emerge from this partnership will be a Sunreef Ultima 55 Brabus, due to be unveiled in 2025, with both companies already working to extend this collaboration, with other model ranges, to create a new line of luxury power catamarans, to be announced in the near future.

It should be noted that the signature of the Sunreef Brabus range will be ‘Together, Beyond Limits’.
