At the Cannes Yachting Festival, Tecmar announced the acquisition of Nautex, a specialist in the distribution of sailing equipment.

The current economic climate in the yachting industry is opening up exciting growth opportunities for a number of players, as demonstrated by Tecmar, based in Sainte Soulle, Charente-Maritime.

The company, Martin Lambot, owner of Tecmar, has just acquired Florian Foglietti ‘s Nautex (also vice-president of the 12m JI France 3 association), based in La Rochelle, a company specialising in equipment and accessories for sailing boats, such as carbon steering wheels, gangways, furling booms and mooring accessories.

With this acquisition, Martin Lambot continues to build up its brand new logistics platform in Sainte Soulle, which was inaugurated after the Covid 19 pandemic, while expanding its range of sailing products.

Tecmar distributes its various product families to both retail outlets (such as Bigship, AD and Uship) and original equipment manufacturers.
