UNOC3 - Infinity, a Hempel antifouling that stands out for its respect for the marine environment

As the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC) takes place in Nice from 9 to 13 June, mobilising the international community around the protection of marine environments, the need for concrete action for a sustainable future has never been more urgent.

UNOC3 - Infinity, a Hempel antifouling that stands out for its respect for the marine environment

At the UNOC3 in Nice, the Hempel brand, distributed in France by AGL Marine, is highlighting one of its most innovative solutions: Infinity, a water-based antifouling coating that extends the life of silicone systems without additional application.

Infinity represents a major technological advance in the field of marine coatings. Compatible with existing systems such as Silic One and Hempasil Pro, it regenerates the active layer of silicone antifouling coatings. Thanks to this latest-generation technology, antifouling performance is extended by a whole season, avoiding the environmental impact of a new application and reducing vessel downtime.

Distributed exclusively in France by AGL Marine, the Hempel range meets a growing market demand: combining performance and environmental responsibility. This positioning is fully in line with the spirit of World Oceans Day, which calls on everyone to adopt more virtuous practices for marine ecosystems.

With Infinity, Hempel and AGL Marine offer a concrete alternative to traditional antifouling products, which are often rich in biocides. This innovative, more environmentally friendly solution helps to reduce the release of harmful substances into the water while ensuring a high level of protection against fouling.
