Marex Boats: Top Craftsmanship on the Water

The Norwegian shipyard Marex Boats, imported to France by Merveille Nautic, is renowned for the very high quality of its powerboats, a feature that deserves to be highlighted.

Among the finishing details that stand out are the 'Tenax' fasteners used in the car industry for convertible tops, and in the yachting industry for sun awnings and protective covers for cushions, seats and dashboards.

The "Tenax Button" is a fastening system in chromed, nickel-plated or stainless steel brass, consisting of a female Tenax button and a male Tenax button that clip together to hold the materials in place. Their advantage lies in their durability and ease of use, compared with plastic or stainless steel fasteners such as press studs, which are not very resistant or easy to handle!

At Marex, Tenax buttons are fitted as standard, making it very easy to attach a sunbed to the deck, or to remove it.

Luxury is in the detail....
