On the occasion of the 19th edition of the Journées Marteau organised by SYMEV from 19 to 25 May 2025, the Maison Osenat will auction off ‘Imagine’, the famous boat that transported Rafael Nadal, bearer of the Olympic flame to Paris in 2024!

On 14 July 2024, a historic moment took place on the banks of the Seine in Paris: the electric boat Imagine played a key role in the final stretch of the Olympic flame's journey to the Stade de France, ahead of the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games. This unique boat transported the flame through the waters of Paris with a touch of innovation, prestige and respect for the environment.

Designed by the Coxinella shipyard, Imagine is a clean, emission-free propulsion boat, thus reconciling the demands of a symbolic ceremony with the values of sustainability and respect for the environment. With its elegant design and modern lines, the Imagine embodied the idealism of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, emphasising clean technologies while celebrating the spirit of unity and competition.

For this special event, Imagine was responsible for carrying the Olympic flame along the final kilometres of its journey along the Seine. On board, prestigious guests had the honour of sharing this symbolic moment:

• Rafael Nadal: Spanish tennis player, considered one of the greatest players in the history of tennis, with multiple Grand Slam titles to his name.
• Serena Williams: American tennis player, recognised for her power and talent, she has won numerous major titles throughout her career.
• Carl Lewis: American athlete, sprint and long jump specialist, he has won several Olympic gold medals.
• Nadia Comăneci: Romanian gymnast, famous for obtaining the first perfect score of 10 at the Olympic Games in Montreal in 1976.
• These personalities symbolised world sporting excellence and added an exceptional dimension to this historic moment.

Under the hammer of auctioneer Jean-Pierre Osenat, Imagine will be auctioned online on Saturday 24 May 2025!
