The Dutch manufacturer, which specialises in high-end daysailers, will unveil the Saffier SE 28 Leopard in a world premiere. This new model combines performance, elegance and comfort, and will be distributed in France by Seaways Yachting and Charles Marine.

The Saffier Yachts shipyard, renowned for its expertise in designing luxury daysailers, is preparing for the official launch of its latest model, the Saffier SE 28 Leopard, expected in January 2026 at Boot Düsseldorf, Europe's leading indoor boat show.

Designed to combine sportiness and relaxation, the SE 28 Leopard marks an evolution in the philosophy of day sailing. Its new reverse bow hull improves responsiveness and speed, while the deck's ergonomics facilitate solo or small-crew sailing. All manoeuvres – halyards and sheets – are brought to the helm, ensuring smooth and precise control.

Saffier also offers two propulsion configurations: a quiet and environmentally friendly electric motor as standard, or a diesel engine, available at the same price. When it comes to sails, owners can opt for ‘comfort’ mode (self-tacking jib, Code Zero) or ‘regatta’ mode (genoa and gennaker), allowing for versatile use depending on conditions and sailing style.

Despite its 8.40-metre hull, the SE 28 Leopard offers unprecedented interior volume for a daysailer. Four berths, a compact galley and a bright interior make it possible to envisage short stays on board. Customisation options include a tiller or twin wheels, several keel draughts, integrated solar panels and a wide range of finishes.

Distributed in France by Seaways Yachting (Mediterranean) and Charles Marine (Atlantic, Brittany and Normandy), the Saffier SE 28 Leopard will benefit from local support for owners and future buyers.
