Designed to combine spaciousness, performance and safety, the X9CC combines a rigid hull offering precision and seaworthiness with inflatable floats that ensure stability and comfort. This hybrid configuration can accommodate up to 15 passengers, while guaranteeing stable and flexible handling, even at high speeds.
The X9CC retains the centre console layout that facilitates movement on board, while incorporating two large relaxation areas at the front and rear. A modular cabin accommodates a double berth, a separate toilet area and plenty of storage space, allowing for extended outings in comfort.
With a width of 3.32 metres and a weight of 2,350 kg, the boat can be powered by up to 2 x 250 horsepower engines, reaching 50 knots thanks to its stepped hull optimised for performance and efficiency. A 620-litre fuel tank provides comfortable range for long-distance cruising.
Zodiac offers the X9CC from £179,000 including VAT, powered by two 200 horsepower Mercury engines. A well-equipped version is announced at around €230,000 including VAT. In keeping with the shipyard's philosophy, particular attention has been paid to customisation: NEO floats in several finishes, a variety of upholstery options and comprehensive standard equipment (electric windlass, sun loungers, rear platforms, LED lighting, etc.).
Analysis - With this model, Zodiac is pursuing a clear strategy: to consolidate its position in the premium segment while expanding its audience with a more accessible, versatile boat that is resolutely geared towards contemporary uses. Like the X10CC, the X9CC is clearly moving away from the RIB market, which is currently experiencing a sharp slowdown, although it retains its buoyancy, towards the open hull market, where models over 9 metres are less affected by the crisis.
