Measuring 18,58 metres in length overall, arguably the highlight of the Sirena 58 is her general arrangement and design by Italian designer Tommaso Spadolini. The three-cabin version is available with two different layouts: in the first the master cabin is located amidships, with an additional double room in the bow and a third double cabin along the left topside. In the second layout, the roomy master cabin in the bow enjoys direct access from the deck, a popular feature of the two-cabin version of the Sirena 58; in this second layout, there are two more double cabins amidships. In both versions, each cabin has its own private bathroom to ensure the utmost privacy
Naval architecture by German Frers - performance like a mini explorer yacht
Thanks to her advanced naval architecture by German Frers and high-tech resin infusion construction that provides the optimal fibre to resin ratio, the rugged yet elegant Sirena 58 is designed to perform at both planing and displacement speeds comfortably and economically.
In fact, with a range of 850 nautical miles at 10 knots she is 20% more efficient than many other yachts in her class. This kind of performance is more like a mini explorer yacht and has led German Frers to describe her as a yacht for cruising “all corners of the world.” Convertible hardtop Featuring a spacious flybridge that offers an incredible view of the sea from the large sunbathing area, the convertible hardtop means guests can enjoy the flybridge even under the midday sun.
The cockpit is sheltered by the flybridge structure, providing an ideal place to relax with a cocktail or over a light lunch. Two stairways provide easy access to the wide stern platform, a true private beach. Forward is a spacious area with an ample sunbathing zone dedicated to pure relaxation, which is completely sheltered even when underway.
Three other models on display
The 2018 edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival is also the occasion to visit three other models on display: the Sirena 64, flagship of the Sirena Yachts fleet, the Euphoria 54 and the Azuree 46.
Euphoria 54
The firstborn in the Euphoria range, designed by German Frers and now available in a new twin rudder version, continues to be a great success. The dominant feature of the deck is a deckhouse with long, slender windows uninterruptedly connected with the forward part of the deck to create a central free area all the way up to the companionway. The cockpit, closed at the stern by a large opening control panel, is protected by high sea breakers extending up to the stern wheel. Easy sailing is guaranteed by two winches at the helmsman's fingertips at the bow of the helm station. The interiors have been designed in collaboration with Design Unlimited with a layout including three very spacious double cabins and three bathrooms, and permit addition of a crew cabin.
Azuree 46
The Azuree 46 is distinctive in design incorporating many recognizable advantages within her deck and interior layout. Everything is designed to ensure greater comfort and safety when onboard. For many yacht owners, having a sailing yacht with a recognizable performance is a part of their lifestyle. For the majority, sailing is also about the simple joys of just relaxing and enjoying life on board. Having the best level of comfort while at anchor is as important to them as sailing a beautifully balanced, responsive yacht, be it day sailing over a weekend or the adventure of long-distance passage making as part of their potential itinerary. Azuree 46 can successfully deliver all of these requirements.
Azuree 46 has a great competitive advantage in the cockpit area as foldable cockpit seats transform into day beds for sun bathing or additional berths for sleeping al fresco at night. This provides comfortable outdoor living both at anchor and during passage making. It can be easily said of the Azuree 46, that her wide cockpit volume offers flexible and adaptable combinations of use. Azuree 46 is easy to handle by the shorthanded cruising sailor. Manoeuvring with the German mainsheet system and non-overlapping jib enables easy and precise handling even with the smallest crew. Safety and comfort is ensured by the large and ergonomic cockpit area.
Sirena 64
Compared to others of similar size, the Sirena 64 features greater fuel and water capacity together with a 2 x CAT C12.9 – 850Hp that gives higher maximum speed up to 27 knots. The yard will provide the option of more powerful engines as well.Generally, compared to its main competitors, the semi-displacement hull of Sirena 64 is expected to be approx. 20% more efficient in consumption at expected cruising speed of 16 knots. At 10 knots of economy speed Sirena 64 achieves a consumption of 48 l/h for a range of approx. 1.000 NM.
Furthermore, Sirena 64 is characterized by a 38sqm flybridge where to enjoy the amazing sea view and breath clean air. The openable hardtop lets the owner and guests enjoy the flybridge even when the sun is at its strongest. Cockpit is clearly something to be used for welcome cocktails, relaxing moments, breakfast and light lunches. The double link with the platform implies ease of communication and movement to the platform, a real private beach. The unparalleled exteriors of Sirena Yacht 64 provide a 80 footer’s living area. Wide open view of the vast seascape fills the boat’s enormous living space.
The main features inside are a spacious main deck of approx. 52 sqm and larger cabins in the category. The owner’s quarter in particular, with approx. 24 sqm, has the biggest suite on the market, in terms of both surface area and volume. The area features a full beam bathroom with separate washroom, toilet and shower areas. The materials used and the space dedicated to the owner’s own wellbeing ensure the maximum level of comfort. This model also has an additional fourth toilet and a large crew area with direct access to the state-of-the art engine room (access also from the cockpit).
