To bring this year's Cannes Yachting Festival to a spectacular close, Sasga Yachts unveiled the Menorquin 48 Flybridge in a world premiere, a model that immediately won over the public and the trade press. Combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary innovations, this new yacht marks a strategic milestone in the Spanish shipyard's range.

The launch of the Menorquin 48 Flybridge exceeded the expectations of the Sasga team. The commercial benefits are already evident, with sales exceeding initial forecasts. As a further sign of success, sea trials carried out with international journalists confirmed the model's performance, efficiency and build quality.

The support and attention of the trade press have been essential in raising the profile of this launch and contributing to its success.’ emphasises the Sasga team, which sees this model as a decisive milestone in its development.

Positioned between 42 and 55 feet, the Menorquin 48 Flybridge meets a specific market demand: offering more space and comfort than the 42, without the logistical constraints of larger units. Every centimetre has been optimised to maximise liveability, offering exceptional interior volume and manoeuvrability that will appeal to families who enjoy Mediterranean cruises.

The 48 Flybridge retains the brand's timeless DNA while ushering in a new generation of Menorquins. Its main asset is its flybridge: softer lines, a modernised silhouette and, above all, a 360° leisure area with panoramic views.

Access to the flybridge has been subtly redesigned, and movement on board is fluid thanks to a single-level deck connecting the bow to the stern. At the stern, the sheltered cockpit leads directly to the saloon and galley, while at the bow a new dinette offers an intimate space from which to admire the scenery.

Inside, the atmosphere is characterised by understated elegance and light. The choice of white patinated oak and high-quality finishes creates a soothing ambience, faithful to the brand's Mediterranean spirit.

The Menorquin 48 Flybridge is available in several versions, including a standard configuration with three cabins and two bathrooms, with the galley on the lower level. But Sasga takes customisation even further with its Signature programme: customers can configure their boat in depth, even transforming the layout into two master cabins and moving the galley to the main deck.

In total, there are four basic layouts to choose from, plus a wide range of high-end finishes and materials. It's a true immersion in design, conceived so that each owner has a unique yacht.

Beneath its elegant lines, the Menorquin 48 FB conceals remarkable technical expertise. Its semi-planing hull combines the stability and comfort of a displacement vessel with the ability to reach an efficient cruising speed of 18 knots. This versatility ensures smooth and economical sailing, perfectly suited to long crossings.

The construction is based on the vacuum infusion technique, which gives the boat a lighter, more rigid and environmentally friendly hull, while reducing energy consumption during manufacture.

Finally, the yacht has CE category A certification, a guarantee of maximum safety: it is designed to withstand winds of over 40 knots and waves of over 4 metres, confirming its status as a true ocean-going vessel.

The Menorquin 48 Flybridge perfectly illustrates our philosophy: to offer our customers a unique experience at sea, where traditional craftsmanship meets innovation and modern comfort.’ sums up the shipyard team.
