A market niche that's growing so fast that it's becoming a market segment in its own right: a development opportunity that the world's leading yacht builder couldn't pass up!
With this in mind, Brunswick has developed, in the greatest secrecy, an entirely new brand of outboard boats, Navan by Quicksilver!
It's a new brand that aims to combine innovative technology with unrivalled performance, versatility and comfort.
Two initial models will be launched at Cannes: the Navan C30 and Navan S30!
"Navan by Quicksilver ushers in a new era of performance and luxury," explains Benoit Verley, President of Venture Boat Group to Yachting Art. "There's no better place than the Festival International de la Plaisance de Cannes to showcase such beautiful and well-built boats. It's where boating enthusiasts come to see the future of boating, and that's exactly what Navan offers."
Both the Navan S30 and Navan C30 feature a two-step hull, commonly used in racing boats, a choice that reduces drag, and makes the boats faster and more fuel efficient.
The forward cabin of each boat is equipped with a double berth, large windows, plenty of storage space, an electrically flush toilet and a pressurized hot-water shower, making it the ideal boat for families and guests looking for the thrill of the water without sacrificing comfort.
What's more, the models have been built to maximize Brunswick's technology portfolio with synergies of innovation and performance from bow to stern. C30 and S30 models come standard with the industry's most advanced technologies, including Simrad NSX GPS and chartplotter, C-Zone operating system, and options for a variety of Mercury outboard engines, including the 300hp V8, 400hp V10 or two 225hp V6s, or two 250hp or 300hp V8 Verados. Boaters can also expect these additional features in the models:
Symmetrical cabin and console with deep port and starboard side decks, high freeboard and bow rails for added safety
The C30 offers a fully enclosed cabin. Two rows of seats provide plenty of interior space for passengers, with fiberglass doors to port and starboard opening onto the deck. The fold-down window in the aft saloon opens onto the cockpit, allowing everyone to gather together.
The fiberglass S30 T-top combines style and sport with integrated acrylic windows, rocket-launched rod holders and a powder-coated 316 stainless steel frame.
