New for 2024 - the Hanse 410 announced with revolutionary electric propulsion

If there's one family yacht that its builder is counting on enormously for the 2023-2024 season, it's undoubtedly the Hanse 410!

New for 2024 - the Hanse 410 announced with revolutionary electric propulsion

The Hanse 410 is the third model designed by French naval architects Berret Racoupeau for the German shipyard.

The Hanse 410's programme includes a hull that optimises performance, stability and habitable volume, with the shipyard placing great emphasis on speed and ease of manoeuvring! To achieve this, Berret-Racoupeau has opted for a chine with a pronounced step from bow to stern, which refines the lively sections and widens the dead sections.

Like its two predecessors - the Hanse 510 and Hanse 460 - whose commercial success is undeniable, the Hanse 410 should also offer an appreciable habitable volume, which the shipyard does not hesitate to describe as unusual for this size of yacht.

Last but not least, in order to be able to sail in a particularly climate-friendly way, even without wind, the Hanse 410 will be available as an option with a new electric propulsion system that Hanse believes is unique in this segment of yachts. ActuNautique Yachting Art's Technical Notebooks of Nautism is keen to find out more about this technology, which will form part of the update to the 100-page study on electric and hybrid drive systems for liveaboard sailing yachts published in February 2023, to be compared with the solutions offered by the Oceanis 30.1e and 37.1e, in particular. The new Hanse 410 will be officially presented in summer 2023.
