Nautor Swan: Strategy and plans for 2025

At Boot Düsseldorf, luxury yacht builder Nautor Swan unveiled its strategic plans for 2025, marked by commercial and technological expansion, particularly in the United States.

The Finnish boatbuilder, now majority-owned by Sanlorenzo, has reorganised its activities for 2024, generating positive growth and significant orders, including five Maxis sold and two Swan 128s under construction, the first of which will be delivered in May 2025.

New models and product lines

Nautor Swan plans to expand its offering with two new lines:

  • Yachts over 40 metres in length, built in aluminium in Italy, combining comfort and durability.
  • A cruising line for comfortable cruising.

The ClubSwan 28, the smallest model in the range, will take centre stage this season, accompanied by Maxis and other one-designs. The interiors of the new models will benefit from the collaboration with Design Unlimited, with a focus on sustainability and technological innovation.

Partnership with American Magic

Nautor Swan is partnering with American Magic, the America's Cup team, to strengthen its presence in the United States. The partnership includes:

  • The creation of an American fleet of ClubSwan 28s.
  • Dedicated events and technology transfer from the America's Cup. In the long term, Nautor Swan aims to build certain models in the United States, at the Pensacola shipyard in Florida.

2025 regatta season

The season kicks off in March in Monaco with the debut of the ClubSwan 28. It includes competitions in Bonifacio, Porto Cervo, and Palma de Mallorca, before concluding with the Trophée des Nations in Saint-Tropez in October. The Maxi Series and five regional series complete the calendar.

Nautor Swan is building on these initiatives to consolidate its position in high performance sailing, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
