SCOOP - the new CAP CREUS 750 SporTop from SPC is approaching

The activity is currently in full swing in Canet en Roussillon, at the premises of Passion Nautisme Import, which is finalising hull No. 1 of the second model in its Cap Creus range, the Cap-Creus 750 Sportop!

SCOOP - the new CAP CREUS 750 SporTop from SPC is approaching

A young and particularly dynamic brand, SPC (Sea Pearl Cat), from Passion Nautisme Import, caused a buzz in 2023 with the first model in its Cap Creus range, the CAP CREUS 850 WA, joined a few months later by the Cap Creus 850 Sportop. A well-deserved buzz, as these two models have brought a breath of fresh air to the walkaround outboard boat segment, i.e. units with a decked front, concealing a cabin, and two gangways surrounding a central cockpit, with or without a T-Top.

It must be said that the shipyard's proposal was quite unique on the market with its Cap Creus 850 Sportop: a very well-built, fully equipped unit capable of speeds of 52 knots at a price including VAT of... 159,000 euros!

In the light of the success of the boat, last September, in a programme on BateauScopie, its owner, Sylvain Ortiz, announced that he would be working on its little brother, the CAP CREUS 750 Sportop, in response to market demand.

The latter is currently being finished in Canet en Roussillon, and should be unveiled at the next Empuriabrava Boat Show, which will take place from 12 to 20 April.

In view of the finishing touches that are being applied, in particular the hull and fittings, which appear to be painted, the Cap Creus 750 Sportop should be clearly distinguishable from the mass-produced models, resembling something from... B Brabus, if you please! No doubt a specific series developed from the standard model...

One question remains: what about the price of the Cap Creus 750 Sportop, which one might logically expect to be lower than that of the Cap Creus 850 Sportop?
