Festival of innovations for Brunswick at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

The world leader in boating, the American group Brunswick Corporation, will participate in the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from 29 October to 2 November 2025. Through its iconic brands – Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Mercury Marine, Navico Group, Fliteboard and Navan Boats – the group will showcase its latest advances in onboard electronics, propulsion and connected experiences on the water.

Festival of innovations for Brunswick at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), a major global boating event, is a strategic showcase for Brunswick Corporation every year. The group, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: BC) and based in Mettawa, Illinois, will be exhibiting a representative range of its technological expertise and innovative capabilities in recreational boating.

One of the main attractions at the Brunswick stand will be the presentation of the AutoCaptain system, developed by Simrad, a brand of the Navico Group. This navigation assistance technology, presented on a Boston Whaler 405 Conquest, enables autonomous boat management, particularly for mooring manoeuvres and 360° surveillance. This device, available for demonstration, illustrates the group's desire to democratise smart navigation and assisted safety.

Another notable innovation, FishCast powered by ROFFS, a predictive fishing aid tool, will now be integrated into certain Simrad screens. This solution combines oceanographic data and detection algorithms to optimise the location of fishing areas.

On the propulsion side, Mercury Marine, a major player in outboard motors, will present its 425 horsepower V8 for the first time in Fort Lauderdale, following its global launch earlier this year. This model illustrates the growing power of the Mercury range, which powers the majority of the boats on display at the show.

Boat builder Boston Whaler, a historic figure in the Brunswick fleet, will offer a wide range of high-end models on display, confirming its position as a benchmark in the premium segment. Sea Ray, another iconic brand of the group, will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Sundancer series, a symbol of American elegance and comfort.

Finally, Navan Boats will return to Fort Lauderdale to present its C30 and S30 models, in partnership with InterMarine, while Fliteboard will highlight the more recreational and connected dimension of Brunswick's offering with its electric hydrofoil boards.

For Dave Foulkes, the group's managing director, this edition of FLIBS confirms Brunswick's position as a key player in the transformation of global boating:

The Fort Lauderdale Boat Show remains a key event for our brand portfolio. We are delighted to be presenting our innovations there, in particular AutoCaptain technology, which illustrates our vision of safer, more intuitive and more accessible boating.
