Two years since the debut of the Evo 43’, which continues to be a huge success in Europe and America, Evo Yachts is gearing up to unveil the new yacht in the collection that is the driving force behind the Opening rEVOlution: Evo WA (Walk Around) to be discovered right now on Yachting Art Magazine!
This new model will be joined at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival by an Evo 43’ in the brand new Light Grey livery, fitted with a coupé style Bimini top, and a second world premiere: an Evo 43’ Enchanted Blue in the HT version, or in other words fitted with the latest generation full carbon T-top, one of the shipyard’s latest products.
Designed by Studio Tecnico Rivellini, with interiors and exteriors by Valerio Rivellini, and built by Blu Emme Yachts, the brand new Evo WA has the same minimalist design concept as its predecessor, the Evo 43’, as well as the “XTension” stern sidewalls that have made this innovative Made in Italy day cruiser so famous.
The main feature of this second 13 meter yacht is the possibility it offers of moving easily between the stern beach area and the bow by walking around the helm station, as the name implies. All on-board operations are assisted by latest generation automation systems, making it possible to manage both navigating parameters and basic yacht functions from an iPad.
Another focus of the Evo WA design process was on performance, and the Volco Penta IPS600 engines (2 x 435 hp), combined with the deep-V hull with 18° deadrise, drive the boat to a top speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots.
The new Evo WA and Evo 43’ T-top will be making their debut in September at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2017, during which a press conference will be organised to officially present the new models to the press and illustrate the shipyard’s future projects. The Evo Yachts boats at the show will also be available by appointment for test drives and visits on board.
