The Bénéteau Group is surfing on the recovery of the global market for yachting and is recruiting! No less than 500 permanent positions are available in the Group's various entities. The Nautic de Paris (2017 Nautic) will be an opportunity for interested candidates to meet the Group's HR teams, to find out about opportunities and apply directly!
The Bénéteau Group (Bénéteau, Jeanneau, Lagoon, Prestige, NBC, Monte Carlo Yachts, Glastron, Four Winns, Scarab, Wellcraft) is on the rise: the world number two of the sailing and yachting market has posted net sales of 1.2 billion euros, up 11.5% over the last financial year (+ 12% on the boat business with 910 million euros turnover).
This strong dynamic is the direct result of an ambitious product investment plan, conducted in recent years, and of the recovery of the market seen both in Europe and North America.
As a result of this dynamic, the group – while exporting nearly 80% of its production - is looking for nearly 500 employees for its various French sites, in order to strengthen its production teams!
The Nautic, which opens its doors Saturday, will be an opportunity for candidates wishing to join the world number two in yachting, to meet the group's HR teams in individual interviews, to talk about career projects and about the integration-training program.
For these purposes, the HR teams of the different entities of the Bénéteau Group will be present throughout the fair at the FIN fair booth, (Federation of Nautical Industries), to meet the candidates.
Of the 500 positions on open-ended contracts, 20 concern the leisure habitat activity and 480 the boat activity.
There are 150 jobs in Bordeaux at CNB Lagoon and 330 in Vendée (St Gilles/St Hillaires/Givran basins, La Roche sur Yon/Dompierre/Belleville and Les Herbiers/Cholet).
The positions offered consist for 60% in production operator positions molding and assembly (composite construction and carpentry), 30% in production management positions (supervisors - technicians - team managers...) and 10 % in management positions (purchasing, finance, HR...).
It should be noted that the group does not necessarily recruit specialists from the sector.
The Group is well known for its internal training policy: it has a business training center based in Commequiers, where its 11 trainers welcomed nearly 2,000 employees last year, and works in parallel in close relationship with various organizations and training centers in the region, to train its employees in its technologies and processes.
